Financial Planning Analyst - Andean Region

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to drive financial performance, budget discipline and process transformation across the Andean region. The role owns Sales Strategy budgets and selected cost management areas, turning financial data into actionable insights and co-leading continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting and performance monitoring of Sales Strategy budgets and cost lines, and track actuals versus budget and forecast
• Analyze financial performance and key cost drivers, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Support monthly closing, annual planning and financial forecasts, and partner with Finance, HR, Sales Strategy and other teams
• Coordinate budget management across markets and measure the impact of improvement initiatives
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize and automate FP&A processes, using data analytics and automation tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in FP&A, finance, budgeting or financial analysis
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, expense tracking and financial performance analysis is preferred
• English proficiency appropriate for collaboration with regional stakeholders

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis; Power BI, financial systems or other analytical tools are a plus
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
• Process improvement, automation and data visualization experience is desirable
