Future Talent Business Development Analyst

About the role

Tetra Pak is looking for recent graduates to join its 18‑month Future Talent Program as Business Development Analysts in Bogota. You will support the sales team with commercial strategy, customer relationship building, and financial analysis of opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial strategies using internal and external data sources.
• Identify, promote, and analyse commercial opportunities based on customer information.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, understand their needs, and develop solution proposals.
• Apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Organise and present workshops for market clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Dec 2024‑Dec 2026) in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for excellence.
