GMP Technician – Cleanroom Maintenance

About the role

The GMP Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly GMP environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and documentation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean work areas and perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a GMP‑controlled environment.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures; stop at‑risk behavior.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and adhere to gowning procedures.
• Complete daily FN logs, punch‑list items, work orders, and shutdown cleaning.
• Support shift lead with area fill‑in duties and reporting.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers.
• Perform sanitization duties and maintain cleaning equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Completion of all safety and task‑training certifications.
