HR Business Partner – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join its global Human Resources team. This remote position supports business units across the organization, helping to shape HR strategy, improve retention, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with business unit leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop programs and policies to boost employee retention.
• Monitor and apply Argentine and broader Latin American labor regulations, minimizing legal risk.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies for managers and employees.
• Resolve complex employee‑related issues.
• Assist international staff with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and Latin American labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the IT sector or regional HR responsibility is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
