HR Digital, Data & Operations Analyst

About the role

This position is part of the HR Operations pillar at DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely execution of employee data and lifecycle transactions within Workday, supporting a consistent employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Workday employee data transactions, including job changes, personal data updates, and mass data uploads (EIB), following SOPs.
• Perform day‑to‑day Global Data Operations tasks with a focus on data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct data quality checks, validate information, and escalate discrepancies according to defined controls.
• Respond to HR service requests and inquiries within established SLAs, providing clear communication.
• Maintain process documentation and follow standard work instructions.
• Partner closely with Payroll to support audits, reporting requests, and compliance reviews.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and forward recommendations to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (HR‑related coursework or certification preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, data administration, or a similar operational role.
• Experience executing transactions in Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume, repetitive transactional work accurately.
