HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and business‑oriented HR Manager to partner closely with leaders across PRIMO and drive people initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, overseeing learning & development, talent management, performance management and talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business needs into effective talent and people strategies.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives, leadership programs, and employee growth strategies.
• Drive Performance Management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist with compensation reviews, workforce budgeting, and strategic people decisions.
• Leverage people analytics and HR metrics for informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Lead HR projects that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Previous leadership experience managing teams or leading strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Exposure to workforce planning, succession planning, organisational development, and compensation practices.
• Advanced English (C1) required; international or multicultural experience a plus.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or service‑oriented industries is a plus.
