HR Partner I – Remote Full‑Time Role

About the role

The HR Partner I will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving engagement, performance management, and talent development across a fully remote, US‑based organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce effectiveness programs.
• Serve as primary HR point of contact for assigned departments, handling employee concerns, discipline, and performance tracking.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle in Workday, including transfers, promotions, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Execute employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company‑wide events.
• Conduct exit interviews, investigations, and produce reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or similar role.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location organizations with strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• High emotional intelligence, active listening, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday and other HR/business systems (Microsoft 365, Loops, Visio, Culture Index Portal, BloomGrowth, DocuSign).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
