IT Help Desk Specialist

About the role

Addi is looking for an IT Help Desk professional to ensure seamless technology operations for all employees. You will be the technical pillar that supports a Zero‑Trust environment while delivering a frictionless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a 95% ticket resolution rate within Asana SLAs and keep initial response time under 2 hours for critical incidents.
• Guarantee 100% compliance of the macOS/Windows device fleet with hardening policies and MDM standards (Jamf/Intune) within the first 120 days.
• Achieve zero errors in access and license provisioning/deprovisioning on employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Automate at least three recurring manual processes each quarter using Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script, freeing 20% of the Corporate IT team’s capacity.
• Create and maintain a technical knowledge base to reduce Level 1 ticket volume by 15% in the second half of the year.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of direct technical support experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong understanding of device hardening, MDM management, and Zero‑Trust security principles.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize incidents, and document solutions clearly.
