Junior Account Representative

About the role

Kaplan International Languages is seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will strengthen agent partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to regional sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual market‑based targets and contribute to regional success.
• Deliver agent training programs, webinars and workshops to improve product knowledge and conversion.
• Represent Kaplan at industry conferences, recruitment fairs and student‑facing events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new recruitment partners, educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Travel to strategically important cities in the Americas to meet agents and explore business potential.
• Maintain accurate partner activity records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and monitor conversion rates and partner KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing external partners or client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.
