Junior Fleet Specialist

About the role

The Junior Fleet Specialist will support Yango’s Fleet Project within the Express Delivery division, helping to grow and optimise a network of couriers on the Yango platform. You will work closely with operations, product and business development teams to improve acquisition funnels, monitor performance and gather feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational reporting and KPI tracking for the Fleet Project.
• Improve courier acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Monitor courier performance and collect operational feedback.
• Analyse data to identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Business, Engineering, Economics or related field).
• Less than 2 years experience in operations, logistics or business development; tech‑marketplace experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, fast‑learning and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
