Key Account Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Givaudan as a Key Account Manager in Bogotá, driving strategic growth with regional food and beverage customers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative taste and wellbeing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
• Develop and execute account development plans (ADPs) aligned with sales strategies.
• Analyze customer brand strategies, positioning and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead large commercial projects together with Creation and Applications teams.
• Maintain Givaudan’s visibility through regular calls, product presentations and technical support.
• Manage the portfolio of projects to meet growth targets and monitor profitability through production and launch stages.
• Negotiate pricing agreements in line with company guidelines.
• Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit results for the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in the Food and/or Beverage industry.
• Proven experience in key account management, B2B sales and business development.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in flavors, ingredients or food solutions is a strong advantage.
