Key Account Manager

About the role

Prometryx, a fast‑growing bookkeeping startup, is looking for a Key Account Manager to serve its U.S. client base. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and a great client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for U.S. clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Manage and improve complex accounting processes.
• Deliver high‑quality work and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, consulting or a related field.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.
