Key Account Manager

About the role
Prometryx, a fast‑growing bookkeeping startup, is looking for a Key Account Manager to serve its U.S. client base. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service and a great client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for U.S. clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Manage and improve complex accounting processes.
- Deliver high‑quality work and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, consulting or a related field.
- Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.
