Key Account Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Specialist supports the National Key Account Manager in developing, implementing, and tracking Red Bull’s sales strategy for mid‑size, high‑potential accounts and the Impulse channel. The role focuses on achieving sales, volume, and profitability targets while aligning with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the KA Manager in executing the commercial strategy across key customers, with emphasis on mid‑size and impulse accounts.
• Analyze data sources such as Nielsen and customer data to identify growth opportunities and prepare sales forecasts.
• Develop annual business plans, promotion calendars, and trade‑spend budgets to meet profitability goals.
• Lead yearly negotiation processes, present Red Bull’s Perfect Store concept, and create conceptual selling decks.
• Continuously monitor volume and profitability, adjust plans, and report results to customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to share best practices and drive competitive advantage.
