Kinyarwanda Language Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a fluent Kinyarwanda linguist to help train large‑scale AI language models. As a freelance AI trainer you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated Kinyarwanda text, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and natural fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Kinyarwanda content for grammatical correctness and fluency.
• Annotate text for tone, meaning and contextual nuances.
• Identify and correct subtle language errors and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the data‑science team to refine prompt design and quality‑assurance standards.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Kinyarwanda.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Background in linguistics, translation, language teaching or a related field (preferred).
• High attention to detail, cultural awareness and clear communication skills.
