Lead Project Analyst – Global Compensation COE

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Project Analyst to drive high‑impact compensation projects across the year‑round and year‑end cycles. The role partners with Total Rewards, HR, and global stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of compensation programs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and issue tracking.
• Apply J&J Functional Project Excellence (FPX) methodologies to standardize execution and communication.
• Support governance by preparing materials, maintaining documentation, and enforcing global standards.
• Manage elements such as global survey participation, salary structure development, market pricing, and annual benchmarking.
• Coordinate with HRIS/Workday, Regional Total Rewards, and global partners for testing, data validation, and implementation.
• Drive process improvements and automation aligned with transformation strategy.
• Oversee global annual compensation planning, including merit, bonus, and LTI Choice programs.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring deadlines, data accuracy, and stakeholder readiness.
• Maintain communications, update training materials, and provide operational support throughout the year‑end cycle.

Required profile

• Strong project management capability with proven experience in large‑scale HR or compensation projects.
• Demonstrated experience with J&J Functional Project Excellence (FPX) methodology.
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification for process optimization.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage complex timelines.
