Marketing Specialist

About the role

AppGate is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support global marketing operations and campaign execution. The role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and suits someone early in their career who enjoys working with marketing technology, data and cross-functional teams. You will help build and optimize campaigns using Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), and support translation and localization of content.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms and automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Run campaigns across email, webinars (Zoom), paid programs and content syndication, ensuring they are tagged, tracked and integrated with Salesforce CRM
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset delivery with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• QA campaigns before launch, checking links, form routing, list segmentation and mobile rendering
• Track campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and lead progression, and maintain data hygiene (list imports, deduplication, segmentation, field standardization)
• Support lead scoring and nurture programs to improve lead quality and sales handoff
• Coordinate translation and localization of emails, landing pages, social copy and sales collateral, and maintain a localization tracker for turnaround times, versions and approvals
• Partner with Demand Generation, Content, Design and Sales teams, act as a contact for marketing operations requests, document processes and suggest workflow improvements
