Medical Writer / Reviewer (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Freyr is seeking a Medical Writer/Reviewer to join its remote team in Colombia. The role focuses on quality‑control review of clinical and regulatory documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive QC review of clinical sections of regulatory submissions such as IBs, CSRs, Module 2 & 5, narratives, protocols, INDs, NDAs, BLAs, CTAs, MAAs and briefing packages.
• Verify references, source data and internal consistency across documents and related files.
• Check data presented in text, tables and figures against source documents for 100 % accuracy.
• Document QC findings using the designated tools and maintain QC records and checklists.
• Review documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling and adherence to client style guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical writing, regulatory documentation or clinical quality control.
