About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Mesero - Cajero to join our vibrant hospitality team in Cartagena. The successful candidate will ensure smooth cash operations and provide excellent service to our guests, supporting both dining and retail transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain timely and accurate control over cash handled at points of sale and consignments.
- Manage petty cash, process invoices and perform cash register duties.
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of daily sales.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Team‑player mindset with a focus on achievement.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Technical accounting or finance training (e.g., accounting technician).
- Minimum 6 years experience in the food sector or 1 year in manufacturing.
