People Partner

About the role

As a People Partner at Novartis, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, shaping employee experiences across the full lifecycle. You will support talent growth, drive inclusion, and help implement organizational changes that align with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on all people‑related matters and lifecycle events.
• Partner with leaders to improve performance, engagement, and overall employee experience.
• Lead execution of People and Organization programs that support the country and business strategy.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and psychological safety within teams.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and mitigate organizational risks.
• Support restructures and other organizational changes in compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR, people partnering, or organizational consulting.
• Strong knowledge of employee‑lifecycle processes, including performance management and employee relations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across matrix organizations.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive insights and support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills in complex environments.
