Performance Specialist (Advertising Solutions)

About the role

In this role you will activate Google’s business strategy for advertisers and drive adoption of its advertising solutions. Leveraging your knowledge of online media, you will help new and existing businesses grow through effective communication and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Educate the ecosystem and collaborate with Sales and Agency teams to prioritize short‑, mid‑, and long‑term actions for Search products and solutions.
• Develop key client lists and narratives, and execute the selling of product priorities in partnership with Sales and Agency.
• Co‑develop and co‑own the product strategy for Search solutions.
• Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase adoption of Performance solutions and maximize business outcomes.
• Execute Go‑to‑Market plans to successfully drive Search solutions across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Experience working with digital organizations and advising executive leadership on customer strategy.
• Proven ability to identify and recommend solutions that improve customer strategy.
• Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions.
• Thought‑leadership in Google products and the advertising landscape.

What we offer

• Base salary range US $124,000 – $181,000 per year.
• Target bonus of 60 % of base salary.
