About the role
RemotePeople is seeking a Principal Consultant based in Colombia to expand its international client portfolio. You will leverage your existing network and business development experience to drive growth across the US, Europe and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a client portfolio, using both recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Build new relationships with senior decision‑makers in US, European and other international companies.
- Scale existing client relationships by offering additional services such as international employment support.
Required profile
- Established book of business or strong client network.
- Proven track record of independently acquiring and closing clients.
- Comfortable engaging senior executives and working with autonomy.
