Program Management Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center is seeking a Consultant to lead program‑management activities for research projects. Based in Bogota, the role will support end‑to‑end research initiatives, collaborate with internal clients and external vendors, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive value for Mastercard’s data‑driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor research projects using primary and secondary methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Analyze data, synthesize insights and produce clear reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and ensure quality of data collection.
• Contribute to the development of best‑practice frameworks for the Advisors Research Center.

Required profile

• University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, statistics, engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing research or consulting projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
