Project Management Leader – US & Canada Transformation Office

About the role

This is a player‑coach position leading a team of project managers, change managers and business analysts within the US & Canada Transformation Office. The leader will act as both a team manager and a program manager, overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, guaranteeing they are on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures and financial tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk reports and change communications.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes and incorporating lessons learned.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large‑scale programs, organizational change and business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across multiple geographies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience controlling project budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
