About the role
The RBS Procurement Assistant will support the Global Business Solutions (GBS) centre by creating, entering, delivering and reconciling purchase orders for the North America Cosmetics & Hygiene business.
Key responsibilities
- Process a high volume of purchase orders (PO) and invoices for vendor accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support the Customer Service Team in PO creation and distribution to vendors, ensuring proper documentation.
- Track PO creations to guarantee timely processing and submit weekly/monthly invoices to AP teams.
- Answer vendor inquiries about unpaid invoices and monitor unpaid invoices for timely resolution.
- Review and update weekly reports on SharePoint and Power BI, and communicate system errors to super users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Some data‑entry, accounting, billing or purchasing experience preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
