About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. You will play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Team player passionate about helping people find the right opportunities.
