Recruiter – U.S. Talent Acquisition

About the role

EXL is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. The role focuses on full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions based in the United States, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for U.S.‑based roles, from requisition to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.
• Conduct interviews in English, assess fit and provide feedback.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and achieve hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a plus.
