Recruitment Supervisor – Hybrid (Bogotá)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple tracks in Bogotá. You will manage a team of recruiters, ensure timely delivery of talent, and act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer generation.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and present top talent to hiring managers.
• Coordinate manager calibrations, client‑specific testing, and hand‑off processes to HR and Operations.
• Track team productivity, meet headcount targets, and resolve recruiter‑related challenges.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, succession planning, and mentor new team members.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment processes, ensure data integrity, and support audits.
• Provide strategic advisory for assigned hiring verticals and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
