Regional Commercial Operations Analyst - Colombia, Chile, Brazil

About the role

The Regional Commercial Operations & Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio lifecycle management and commercial operations across the region by providing data-driven insights, driving process improvements and enabling strategic decisions. The role partners with regional and local teams to optimise portfolio performance, support new product launches, improve inventory efficiency and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance and commercial data to support strategic decisions and profitable growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial and cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management, new product launches and sales funnel opportunities.
• Lead portfolio optimization initiatives, reducing complexity, improving SKU management and minimising excess inventory.
• Develop, implement and promote tools, governance frameworks and best practices for process standardisation.
• Monitor portfolio optimization projects and report progress in Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and recommendations for regional and local business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations or similar analytical roles.
• Experience driving process improvement and implementing new processes and governance models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and advanced English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into actionable insights.
