Remote Part-Time Marketing Manager (Lead Generation)

About the role

We are looking for a remote, part‑time Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and boost brand awareness for CrucialPoint. The role focuses on outbound marketing tactics such as paid ads, cold email outreach and content creation, supporting the sales team with high‑quality prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Plan and run cold email outreach and other outbound messaging initiatives.
• Oversee content marketing, including website updates, social media posts and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Analyze campaign performance, test new approaches and optimise for ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and collaborate with leadership and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, demand or outbound marketing within an agency or B2B environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Strong communication and strategic execution skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
