Remote Sales Agent for Home Services Platform

About the role

Homeaglow is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its fast‑growing tech startup. You will contact prospective customers via phone, text, or email, convert warm and cold leads into sales, and build lasting relationships while promoting our home‑service vouchers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects through multiple channels and convert leads into sales.
• Use product knowledge to showcase solutions and convince customers to use existing vouchers.
• Create long‑lasting client relationships and follow up on sales.
• Improve workflow by developing or modifying call flows and scripts to boost conversion rates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding listening, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
• Persuasive, results‑oriented disposition.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week with rotating shifts, including holidays.

Required skills

• Google Chrome (fully updated) as the browser.
• Stable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
• USB or Bluetooth headset with noise‑cancelling microphone (wired preferred).
• Webcam and personally owned laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (Intel i5 10th gen or AMD Ryzen 5, at least 6 GB RAM).
• After training, a second monitor (minimum 24″, 1920×1080) and upgraded PC with 16 GB RAM and SSD storage (256 GB‑512 GB).
