About the role
Masiv is looking for a passionate Junior Account Representative to support the growth of its small‑business customers. The role involves managing assigned accounts, addressing client needs, and driving organic and cross‑selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on assigned accounts.
- Address client requirements and needs promptly.
- Identify organic sales and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Record and keep CRM information up to date.
- Monitor billing and portfolio processes.
- Escalate incidents to the appropriate teams.
- Generate commercial reports and meet the assigned quota.
Required profile
- Degree in Administration, Business Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in commercial areas and/or customer service.
- Knowledge of B2B account management and the sales cycle.
- Intermediate proficiency with CRM tools and Excel.
- Strong negotiation, customer service and communication abilities.
- Technology‑related experience is a plus.
