Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to research new accounts, identify key stakeholders, and schedule qualified meetings with prospects. You will become an expert in our Ideal Customer Profile and use a multi‑channel outreach process to generate pipeline for Inside Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify new accounts within the defined ICP.
• Contact prospects via email, LinkedIn, texting, and selective cold‑calling.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Inside Account Executives.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Sales Development experience, preferably in SaaS, technical staffing, or IT.
• Advanced English (verbal and written) and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of IT/SaaS industry pain points and modern tech stacks.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with extreme ownership of results.
• Authorized to work in Colombia on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship offered.
