Sales Operations Analyst – LATAM Export

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its LATAM Export business. The role combines data analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and analyze data from ERP, CRM, internal databases and spreadsheets to support business performance.
• Act as liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales teams and partners, managing purchase orders, inventory analysis and operational processes.
• Develop, maintain and automate management reports, dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Support sales performance analysis, forecasting, channel effectiveness assessments, profitability reviews and MDF validation.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance and documentation while driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• At least three years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or Commercial Operations.
• Proven experience analyzing data from ERP and CRM systems and creating management dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI, Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• SQL, Power Query, Power Automate.
• Experience with ERP and CRM data sources.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
