Sales Operations Assistant – Homeowner Sales

About the role

Red Cottage is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Assistant to keep the Business Development engine running smoothly. You will support the sales team by maintaining CRM data, coordinating appointments, and preparing materials that enable seamless interactions with prospective homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date.
• Update sales pipeline opportunities, track stages, and monitor follow‑up compliance.
• Conduct prospect research and enrichment to improve contact profiles.
• Prepare pre‑call briefs, document meeting notes, and create clear post‑call action items.
• Build comprehensive client profiles to support handoffs between Sales, Onboarding, and Homeowner Operations.
• Organize and segment opportunities for targeted outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental information flow and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or CRM support.
• Proven experience working with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Professional phone etiquette and confidence interacting with prospective clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
