About the role

Netflix Ads is looking for a Sales Partner to lead revenue growth across the Andean market, focusing on the top 50 advertisers and major media agencies in Colombia and Peru. You will create tailored advertising solutions, manage key relationships, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to meet regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies specific to the Andean market to maximize revenue from key accounts and agencies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate deals and non‑price promotions (NPPs) with agencies and clients.
  • Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with XFNs teams to align market approaches and share best practices.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Regional Head of Sales.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales with a proven record of revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Andean advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build strong client relationships and collaborate across functions.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
