About the role
GEA is seeking a Sales Support professional to join its Bogotá office. The role focuses on managing sales and service orders, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to respond to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities.
Required profile
- Technical knowledge of GEA’s products and the food industry.
- Proven sales experience with strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.
- Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
