Salesforce Consultant

About the role

Trajectory Inc., a Canadian professional services firm providing ERP, CRM and integration services on cloud platforms such as NetSuite, Boomi and complementary technologies, is hiring a Salesforce Consultant in Bogota. The consultant takes part in full-cycle implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, and acts as a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in full-cycle implementation projects, from inception to post-go-live support
• Implement and deploy cloud solutions that fit industry-specific business needs, regulatory and business requirements
• Gather requirements, define functional and process design, test, train users and outline support procedures
• Analyse the gap between package functionality and customer requirements
• Map business processes and gather requirements with new customers, onsite and remotely
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping documents for customer approval
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimise user adoption and configuration

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant handling implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• C1 Advanced English proficiency
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience with financial, accounting, professional services, software or manufacturing business processes
• Consulting experience with other ERP and CRM solutions is a plus; waterfall and agile experience is also a plus
