Senior AI & Automation Engineer (Enterprise)

About the role

Coderio is looking for a senior AI & automation engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational agents at scale. You will own the full lifecycle of mission‑critical AI solutions, integrating them with enterprise data platforms and ensuring robust observability in Azure cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data ecosystems such as Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Architect and manage large‑scale Azure infrastructure, deploying via CI/CD pipelines (YAML, GitOps).
• Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and auditing using Splunk to track performance and latency.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding and set best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to global cross‑functional teams and advise clients on emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software, cloud, or automation engineering experience at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years of Python development experience building backend services and APIs.
• 2+ years designing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
• Proven track record of building agentic workflows or AI pipelines that integrate LLMs.
• Strong Azure expertise (AWS a plus) and experience with Snowflake integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Splunk for high‑volume logging and monitoring.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or ChatGPT.
