Senior Director of Marketing

About the role

The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the Brand Building Home, shaping strategic marketing programs, pricing strategies, and brand performance across Central America and the Andean Region. Reporting to senior leadership, this role balances business delivery with sustainable capability development under a shared ownership model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement strategic marketing programs and pricing strategies for multiple market sectors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to create targeted marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee product and brand marketing, P&L management, advertising and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen brand performance.
• Build critical brand‑building capabilities, address skill gaps and coach talent across the organization.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning using evidence‑based standards.
• Enable talent mobility, agile skills deployment and career opportunities across markets, teams and Homes.
• Partner with Work Leads, HR, Capability Partners and other stakeholders to align talent priorities with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience building capabilities at enterprise or functional level.
• Strong background in coaching, talent development, succession and workforce planning.
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse markets, teams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience making fair, consistent, evidence‑based talent assessments and decisions.
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect talent priorities to business performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
