Senior Solutions Engineer – Health & Wellness Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our partnerships, sales, product, and engineering teams. In this customer‑facing position you will guide enterprise merchants through integration, ensuring successful launches of our fintech‑enabled wellness solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with prospective partners and enterprise merchants.
• Translate business requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution architectures.
• Support API, webhook, and payment integrations on platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, and Adyen.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to guarantee smooth launches.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support during deployment.
• Improve onboarding workflows, implementation processes, and internal tooling.
• Work cross‑functionally with GTM, operations, and product stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer‑facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and modern SaaS integrations.
• Experience with ecommerce or payment platforms (Shopify, Stripe, Adyen, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
