Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on a fixed‑term basis to lead recruitment initiatives for the Services Business Unit across the LAC region. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute scalable hiring strategies that support both high‑volume and complex talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using market research, data mining, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and serve as the primary point of contact through the hiring process.
• Execute talent‑branding campaigns in coordination with Communications, including timed social media posts and visual assets.
• Coordinate phases of the talent acquisition process, evaluate candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with internal processes and systems.
• Monitor quarterly metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity slates, and pipeline health.
• Support university talent acquisition by maintaining relationships with target schools, conducting outreach, and analyzing hire effectiveness metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering talent acquisition programs in fast‑paced, high‑volume, matrixed environments.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to advise business leaders on recruitment strategy.
• Track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and managing diverse candidate pipelines.
