Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns for our US‑based clients and expand reach across Latin America. This fully remote position combines strategic planning, bilingual content creation, and data‑driven optimization to boost brand visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms, defining goals and target audiences.
• Create, schedule, and manage bilingual multimedia content while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with design and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor and engage with online communities to strengthen audience relationships.
• Identify trends, apply high‑performing formats, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Support paid media efforts, manage budgets, and track ROI.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
• Research markets and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales, product, and customer support teams.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, social, SEO, email, content, and events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing social media and content marketing in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects independently.
• Deep understanding of the US and Latin American markets and cultural nuances.
