About the role

Bush & Bush Law Group is hiring bilingual legal professionals to work as Legal Case Managers for its US-based personal injury law firm. The position is remote and based in Colombia, with a group interview on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:30 AM Colombia time.

Key responsibilities

Open and manage personal injury cases.
Review police reports, insurance documents and legal records.
Coordinate clients' medical appointments and treatment.
Communicate with clients, medical providers and insurance companies.
Monitor case progress and keep accurate documentation.
Assist with settlement negotiations and case closures.

Required profile

Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Previous legal or case management experience.
Experience with US law firms or personal injury cases preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What we offer

Pay of $5-$7 USD per hour plus a performance bonus.
2.5% of the net fee for each pre-litigation case managed through closing.
All training hours paid at the regular hourly rate.
