Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement

About the role

The Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement will support Mastercard’s channel sales and partnership model by executing operational tasks, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring governance across multiple functions. This role bridges product, technology, legal, compliance, finance, sales, and operations to enable partner growth and streamline go‑to‑market processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver strategic channel sales and partnership initiatives.
• Administer partner programs, including governance, operational controls, engagement, reporting, and scalability improvements.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, pricing models, and process enhancements that support channel expansion.
• Coordinate deal execution, sales enablement, and partner lifecycle activities such as onboarding and approvals.
• Gather business requirements, produce analytical reports, maintain documentation, and support system and process upgrades.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
