Strategic Sourcing Manager – Source-to-Contract

About the role

The Manager, Source-to-Contract, will lead the Americas Service Delivery Procurement team to execute sourcing and contracting strategies that support Johnson & Johnson’s global business objectives. This senior position works closely with category teams, legal, compliance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective, compliant, and value‑driven procurement outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of individual contributors and supervisors, managing performance, workflow, and compliance while meeting defined service levels.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Source‑to‑Contract operations, including sourcing events, price and contract term negotiations, contract drafting, execution and stakeholder management.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security and other functions to align sourcing activities with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of user experience, efficiency and effectiveness through digital tools, data quality initiatives and change‑management training.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in procurement, finance or related business functions, with a strategic mindset and data‑oriented thinking.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams in a service‑delivery environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills, able to work across internal and external partners.
• Fluency in English (required); Portuguese fluency preferred.
