Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Analyst supports recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This remote, full‑time contractor role ensures an efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates, track applications using templates and systems, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare and send offer letters in line with company policies.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with recruitment‑related administrative tasks and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Stable, reliable internet connection and a professional remote‑working setup.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/recruitment platforms.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Microsoft Teams and Zoom video‑conferencing tools.
