Talent Acquisition Manager – BPO

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts within the BPO sector. Based in Bogotá, you will oversee a dedicated team, design hiring strategies, and act as a bridge between HR and other business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Design, implement and monitor recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and ensure smooth communication.
• Manage internal talent communications and support career development programs.
• Organize workshops, team‑building activities and succession planning initiatives.
• Track recruitment KPIs, monitor the department’s budget and report on performance.

Required profile

• University degree or professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
