Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help source, assess, and place top technical talent for our global clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process and successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, from posting to offer.
• Screen and filter candidates based on defined criteria.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
