About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical talent across a variety of projects for high‑profile clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring timely placement.
- Screen and filter candidates against defined criteria.
- Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
- Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring teams, and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical recruiting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
